Military Apropreations 2013 starts October 1st.

The Sept 7th Mod order was to spend the last of 2012 apropreations money. The 5 year plans to adopt NEW TECH, are just that "5 year". This is the 4th year of R&D to fill USAF Needs. I have no doubt "Money" is budgeted for 2013 intended just for this initative. Everyone should be confident this is now being talked about in staff & community confrences (World Wide). It enables remote launch of weather Baloons, but more it enables remote launch of suvailence blimps & many other contained personal capabilities. Many in the industry are for sure looking at the tech, to fill other needs they have for power, lift and....
