As they should IMO. Look I will not disagree that apple has been am amazing company the last 10 years or so but they are less of an innovator and more of patent trolls these days. They went after HTC over patents when they brought their LTE phones here. Then they went after samsung and now both of these companies have patents in the lTE area that could be a big snag for apple.
