Yes. I was looking at it earlier this morning when it was posted. Clearly, only a small fraction of the stock sold was purchased by retail.

IMO (and this opinion is central to the reason why I remain in this miserable trade), the great bulk of the shares sold were purchased by GCS pursuant to a "pre-closing distribution". The balance no doubt went to debt holders in order to clean up a limited portion of ASYI's balance sheet.
