For those not aware of Henry Livingston's "Counterfeit Parts" site, here's a link to a specific reference by the Gov. he posted. As you will see the DARC Director tasked DARS staff to draft proposed DFARS rule, captioned above. The report is due 10/03/2012. I would expect, when published, it will contain the contractual DNA marking specifics...
