Keep in mind, you people who want to sue. Who are your material witnesses to PT or corportate communications? (Of course, besides corporate press releases, website information, promotions and SEC filings in the past)

Easy.

The people he called and communicated with, including via email.

That includes maninfla and Serfdom. Of course, we know one was far more 'close' relationship than the other. In fact, one claims emails sent from PT. Your lawyers, I am sure, would LOVE to see that. But, unfortunately, someone will not make those emails available to you. (I wonder why)

So, let your lawyers know. There is a way to GET what people will not give to you.

Also, there are lots of posts on the RB board intact that discuss this at length. You would be surprised to see what some people wrote in the Halcion Dayz of RB.
