Please tell us kind sir, what qualifies you as the Premier Allied Qualifier of business runners? Have you, or do you run a business? If so, at what level? And to what extent? Surely you have an impressive resume.

at the last conference call, Mr Prakash asked for shareholder help, any where they felt that they had valuable input. You (and others) seem to have all the answers. Speak up or ........... (well you know the rest)
