some of us did real DD via knowing the insiders from other deals (failed deals) and I for one can say with out a doubt that Seymour is self serving, greedy and out for himself more than for any shareholder. In the past as with NNVC, under Seymour the shareholder gets the shaft and Seymour gets the gold mine. IMO, they will go through all the 40M shelf long before they bring any value to the investors.
