OK, no point in arguing, but I know it was filed as I was part of it. We had formed an LLC (called USG) with about 40 of us. Why it's not showing now is beyond me. I know we let it die as stock died (grays). Plus that LLC was dissolved about a year later.

I spent last 20 min looking for the doc or a link elsewhere with no luck, so can't prove it. Stock is dead and no old links work. I apparently did not save a copy of the 13G either.

Still we filed a 13G for 41M shares (OS 800M) and it was on grays at the time as SEC suspended BIHC for the usual 10 trading days, then grays. We actually owned 200M in the group, but wanted liquidity in case it moved), so reported enough to get 5% ownership. SEC accepted it. I still got my 800K shares in my TDA account...LOL

Point is you can file whether on Pinks or not...that is what started this discussion.
