That is a complicated question. I really haven't had the time to study the ramifications of the definitions in context of the patent. I would say there are reasons Tmob wanted the terms defined the way they were.

The Provisional Claim Order stated that a memorandum order that explains the claim constructions will issue in due course. The court may modify these provisional constructions when it issues the memorandum order. Objections need not be filed until the court issues the memorandum order.

I think you find out how displeased each party is when or if they file an objection.

Given that Calypso seemed to get their way on a large majority, without an analysis, would seem to be a good thing. The one definition concerning predetermined parameters requiring two or more predetermined parameters, affects a lot of the claims in the patent. Some of the other terms may have limited impact overall, but that has to be taken in context of the patent.
