All the DD has been done. My observation lines up with the data of common and preferreds sales via the fins. from RFMK, the T/A, and support the great analysis that nodummy has provided the board and posted, from time to time, by crowin so that everyone knows the facts.
If you really do a study of the F/S, from the last one going back for several years, you find that about $9 million of paid in capital has been raised and it is impossible to find expenses that reflect where all that money went. For example, (in round numbers) in the last 1 1/2 years, the cost of goods sold is well below $50K.....salary expense is quite low....even the consulting fees don't get you to that kind of money. Where did all that money go? And the last statement reflects the same MO.
Every indication is that this has been and continues to be a stock selling scheme to enrich people in management and funders. gl
