The patent was mentioned in the "Unaudited Financials" prior to the TORQ announcement. The "Audited Financials" posted OTC Aug 31 to make thm current again points to the "PATENT"... What are your thoughts on the timing??? Would you think the M&A Between DUTV and TORQ be seperate from that??
