Why no audit right away? 1st, this is about the 1st year we made any money and even most biggies only audit 10k's not 10q's. 2nd, takes money (ya, maybe only 50-100k BUT that money is better spent on growing distribution and establishing the brand nation wide b4 Coke or some other biggie starts to be serious about the nitch (time is of the essence) 3rd, we are a PINKIE!!! We don't need an audit, just a lawyer opinion and that will remain til the Co is serious about an uplist, which based on Corp long-term priorities (ie more than a week) is realy on the back burner. Mgmt is looking at the overall picture looking at decades and (since they have no intention of selling more stock for capital, they have little motivation in keeping the flippers happy)
