SlingWing you are not entirely correct on your statement in regards to UNGS. While their name and initial business plan centered on Nat Gas well rejuvenation, they do own/lease quite a number of oil wells through their subsidiary E3 Petroleum. Unfortunately, the management of UNGS are a couple of clowns and have failed to share what exactly they are doing with shareholders and the SEC.

From research I have conducted with the State of Kentucky, E3 Petroleum does hold active permits for around 40 oil wells. Most of those 40 oil wells are not listed as actively producing oil.

Until Wayne and Jim decide that the world should be privy to their actual production and sales numbers, UNGS will be neither and oil nor a Gas company. They will simply be a speculative penny play with no realized product.
