Planning for buyback will occur during holidays around Xmas. First activity could be Jan 2013. He may approach large holders and try to make a deal as well. His goal is to reduce OS from 2.249 B to .8B to 1B over 18 to 24 mos, so that would reduce shares by 1.25B to 1.45B, essentially improving share price by about 120% from where it would be without the buybacks (so $.01 becomes $.022).
