MARKET NOT ADMIT MORE DILUTION. VFIN AND OTHER MM´S ARE LOOKING THIS AND CAN GO OUT AND RETIRE PRESION OVER RFMK. MARKET IS NOT ABSORBING MORE SHARES AT THIS LOW PPS. THEY NEED RAISE THIS SITUATION IF THEY WANT SELL MORE.
