People use your head for once, it is .01 for each share each shareholder owns- period. People can try to twist this or that but it clearly states .01 for each share owned. What some are implying is if you own 1 or 10000 shares you still get .01 ! Totally wrong. 1 share = .01 100000 shares= $1000
