Mesa energy is looking for leases held by vertical well production because the wells are probably producing very little oil.also you must remember when Mesa Energy starts drilling a horizonal well, they will start drilling from a well thats allready been drilled.that will save them a lots of money because the well has half way been drilled and all they have to do is drill the lateral line horizional.and frac. I expect them to have 10,000 acres leased before the end of the year, or more.
