I would love a share buy back!... but just think they need the extra money in the coffers but they could refer all their employees to purchase 1000 additional open market shares on this pull back under $5. Its not insider trading....partnering talks and great results are all public knowledge and a little speech to their employees to remind them that a mass company wide open market purchase can go a long way to the investors that monitor insiders buying stock from their own company.

One thing I remember as part of the loan though...was no "dividend" was allowed to be paid out...so I would think there was some form of language to restrict stock buy back?

You know what...if Peregrine has investors here taking out loans to invest in the company....they could do the same! Dont just let the shorts make all the pullback profits
