Retired, that makes no sense. Of course we have all been wrong about our investment based on a 99.99% decline in the PPS since last year. That is just stating the obvious. But just because we have all been wrong it doesn't mean we can't express a pessimistic view on Tivus. Yes, my views are only opinions and yes, I have no clue what Shiva is doing behind the scenes. The only thing I as a shareholder can critisize is results and results only. A shareholder piggy backs on a public company to take part in profits generated. That is the whole idea of investing in a public company. I don't know what Shiva is doing, but I do know 2 things:
1) He (Shiva) announced a 5 year multi million dollar contract with Host that is nowhere to be found and the CEO refuses to publicly state what the status of this contract is.
2) The company is still not generating cashflow from operations and the evidence is in the 500mm share dumps by Shiva.
Conclusion: It's been 2 years and Shiva has spent $10mm developing his "product". The million dollar question is, will he ever sell his product?
