yes, and the mandate is expanding to encompass higher assy and possible other things like bolts, etc......as KGEM brought up. I remember a 60 Minutes episode some years ago where bolts were counterfeited with shear numbers that weren't accurate to get them cheaper and past the inspectors. Was a very ugly problem. A lot more recent, was a problem in central eastern U.S. with Chinese drywall, brand new houses were condemned, the expense of redoing was prohibitive and the homes abandoned, insurance wouldn't pay for fraud. APDN can infiltrate their product in any and all sectors of local, state, and federal government to prove everything from building requirements, to FAA, to FCC, let alone Homeland Security (passport paper already), any government dole program such as green cards, driver's licenses, military IDs, insurance cards.....
