50:50 at best. The case started at 9:00 and I walked in at 9:15. The first 10 minutes were introductions. Our attorney knew the verbiage but not the technology. When asked questions for clarity from the judge our attorney would only regurgitate what he read in front of him or would turn to the attorney behind him for an answer while the Tmob attorney was well prepared and understood the technology and never once turned around for reassurance from anyone only asking them to turn to next page on monitor. I hope CLYW pulls this off and everyone including my self get paid but I'm not going to give any false hope to shareholders that were not able to attend. And what does my attire have to do with anything? I did not hold it against you on your comb over or your HS shades perched on your head. Appearance from visitors in the courtroom holds no weight in the judges decision. The judge is a no nonsense judge and I hope the best for CLyW. Apparently you need to work on note taking.
