The filings with oil production are coming and you're right that will be the ultimate DD. If the CEO you're referring to is Mr. Andrew Reid, I don't believe he has ever been convicted of a felony or served time in state prison for any alleged fraud or theft, which I would agree would taint his reputation. If you found any such conviction please share it with me and the rest of this board. I think when Reid completes his operations in Belize and Texas he will most likely be voted CEO of the year by his peers in the oil industry!
