The follow excerpt is case in point.

I was elected to the position of CEO and Director by resolution of the board of directors, within the bylaws of the corporation on July 6, 2012. Shortly thereafter upon the resignation of Alison Baird, I assumed the position of Chairman of the board. Currently I am the sole officer of the corporation.



Elected by the BOD? WHO?

Alison Baird was COB , appointed/elected by who?

My opinion still stands, this debacle smells of 4 day old fish.
