Possibly but its tough to tell whats really going on with the share structure here. How many available shares? How many shares outstanding? Whats the float?
No financials for quite some time now and no real news on mergers, financing etc.
All Im saying is something is going on and it could prove to be interesting. Whether this will help current shareholders or not is another matter.
