So I wonder which state they file in first..CA or CO...my guess is CO...Steve best pump some news out as once the 8K gets filed then it will be public knowledge that Eco is about to change!

INTRODUCTION
The Board of Directors (“Board”) of Manhattan Resources Limited (“Company” or “MRL”) refers to its
announcements on 25 April 2012 and 16 July 2012 in relation to Eco Building Products Inc. (“ECOB”)
and the Form 8-K filed by ECOB with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission on 22
August 2012, as amended on 27 August 2012 (the “August 8-K”).
The Company, through its U.S. counsel. has, on 6 September 2012, written to ECOB in relation to (a)
certain purported transactions by ECOB, including those described in the August 8-K, which may
affect the Revolving Credit and Warrant Purchase Agreement dated 14 February 2011 between
ECOB and MRL (the “Credit Agreement”) and the Investment Agreement dated 14 February 2011
between Dato DR. Low Tuck Kwong, ECOB and MRL (the “Investment Agreement”) and (b) ECOB’s
failure to make payments of principal and interest under the Credit Agreement. The Company intends
to enforce its rights under the Investment Agreement, the Credit Agreement and applicable law.
The Company will provide further updates to shareholders via SGXNET as and when appropriate and
when it becomes aware of any material information on this matter.
