HI JFB!

I would like to know if FLKI is traded on any European stock exchange and if so which one(s). I would also like to know how much of this stock is held by insiders and what the current float is. Since this stock trades very erratically and infrequently, it seems to me that it is very illiquid and controlled by mm's. What's your take? Hard to believe that a stock with 85.7 million shares outstanding should trade like this. Has this low volume always been this low and if so, why? I also find it hard to believe that management would have rejected a buyout offer over $1.80? when it is trading around 2.5 cents. Comments? Thanks for your dd here. I just bought some and am thinking of buying some more.
