Very good point ub43, I hope we can get some answers about the debenture dilution.

I am not concerned about diluting the stock, as I have posted before, but am concerned about the 14 cents per share and how the upcoming PP will work out in a per share price.

Personally, I think a minimum of 50 cents per share should be required of the 1.5 million PP.
