Well Phil it's like baking a cake you have to put all the ingredients together (which would be the foundation of NWAU/NAUG.Then after the cake cools off you put on the icing (which would be audited financials) then you eat it all up (Equals Success ) Phil have you ever seen a company to be so proactive in it's PR machine to ensure there outlook of the company with there shareholders. Why would they go threw all these steps to just mislead the investors?
