Excellent find. This is a real plus as it clearly shows that CVWB is not willing to get involved in any company's financial malfeasance. As soon as something unexplained or inappropriate occurs, they resign. If they refuse to sign off, the company then dismisses them. Perfect record I would say! Given the thorough and ground breaking reconciliation that CVWB recently published for LPH, (after many years of being their auditor), this is probably now the cleanest Chinese RTO in existence.
