It could be etgg is a stock of a lifetime. I bought sfmi at .015 and sold it for .40 a while back. Their management had a disconnect with shareholders and the price never came back. Etgg management is much more accessible to their shareholders. So I see the same move happening here but IMO even if the price fades after the initial excitement they'll do everything in their power to keep the excitement up along with the pps.
