1) The SEC is already snooping around IWDM. Will he cooperate with them for a reduced sentence elsewhere? This could have a huge ripple effect through IWDM, the board & current management.
2) Easier for the Judge to liquidate any shares of IWDM he may hold. This will certainly not be a good thing for the bid on the short term.
Once again, just my opinion. A wise investor would read their filings and realize it's better to invest their hard earned money elsewhere.
Still cracks me up; "buy with both fists" "smart money" "do your own due diligence" "there's a method to the madness(my favorite)"
Certainly is a method, it's just madness. LOL!
