The only FACTS & TRUTHS about PCFG that are completely verified by the Landau/Geisler failure team are: 1- Black Rock Canyon produced minuscule amounts of gold at a big loss & no proof that Black Rock Canyon is or will ever be economic. 2- The Landau/Geilser incompetent failure team has again unleashed a floorless, toxic, death spiral convertible financing which has caused PCFG's share price to collapse & foisted more mass dilution onto PCFG shareholders. Deja vu all over again. 3- The collapse in share price & ever increasing mass dilution will continue until the death spiral financing is fully paid off with converted shares, providing multi millions of dollars of profit to the convert owners at the expense of PCFG shareholders.
