The best method of operations:

1. Notify = 8K
2. Identify = describe the potential oil well.
3. Investigate = Drill the well and complete.
4. Observe = Monitor and report findings.

Success = greatness PPS goes up.
Failure = so what, stockholders will understand by
proper reporting of the facts.
