The reason for the E-coli and Salmonella certifications from the AOAC are plain and simple; sales are depending on them. Right now, the protocols for 3rd party testing need approval first. Last week we were waiting for that. Once approval comes, 3rd party testing will begin. That should take about three weeks. All in all, this waiting time will allow people to buy low for the time being. All is good, IMO.
