POLLING PLACE, to determine WHO VOTES...and who does NOT.

--- Who is your current, Incumbent (assuming the Incumbent is running) Congressman?

--- What town or city is the Capital town or city of this State?
--- What is the name of the current United States Vice President?
--- How many States make up the United States of America?
--- What three colors are seen, and appear, on the U.S. Flag?
--- How many stars are seen, and appear, on the U.S. Flag?
A Score of Two-Thirds CORRECT ANSWERS Qualifies a Citizen
for the Right to Vote. (65% Correct.) Period.
We've ALL seen Jay Leno go out into the Streets and do this.
And we ALL have seen/heard the results.
IMO, That little Qualifications Quiz (Note I call it a QUIZ,
and not a "Test" or "Exam" for obvious subliminal reasons!)
That little Qualifications Quiz will eliminate and winnow-OUT
the bone-headed, moronic, apathetic, uncritical, unwashed,
worthless masses from Voting. AND THAT IS A GOOD THING.
I don't care HOW elitist that makes me seem. THAT is what I
believe must be done. NOW. THIS ELECTION.
In the times of the Founding Fathers, ONLY Voters who had a
positive, contributory, productive position and status in their
communities, and who held "land and cattle" could Vote.
So, it's not like I am making some kind of shocking proposal here.
