As I understand the filing is a 10Q or equivalent...which will be needed for their application to the BB's or whatever exchange they decide...

Prez Clark mentioned they've an acquisition (must of been completed by now IMO)...and several Letter of Intents for merge/acquisitions they're sitting on...waiting for the filing first...then they'll announce the deal('s) / Letter of Intents...

As for the acquisitions...the three Prez Clark mentioned have combined annual revs of $17M...They typically seek out Co's with an average $5M in revs ~~
