Thank you Robnzen and Stoutman - this is an exciting time for BBDA and Koma: this is the most crucial time for Koma @ Walmart, as the only thing that now matters is if the product selling. 2 to 5 cases a week imo is good, very good for an unknown product not in the cold box or any coolers. I am sure it will make it in the coolers soon enough...for good or bad. If good look for a permanent shelf sign in cold box at regualer price. If not selling good - look for discount tags around $1 (around cost) so store can get rid of product.

The only problem could be if a pallet which is usually 100 or 120 cases - of Koma was sent....that would take months to sell through....and if you have been in sales to these grocery stores nothing angers Receivers and Managers more than product sitting in the back room for months.

Now another poster here said someone at Walmart said 25 cases were selling a week. If this is the case than that is extra-ordinary imo for not being on any kind of permanent shelf warm or cold - and Koma could very well be on to greatness. So I guess just keep going into the stores and see whats going on - I dont suggest calling these stores as these are hard-working people.....: if you live close to S. C. then maybe you might just make a weekly trip to a Walmart to benefit us all.

Anyone who wants opinions from someone who actually will tell it like it is with what information I can gather - as a pop salesperson who sold for years in both the Detroit and Seattle market for three different beveridge distributors - please read my posts. I understand if some of my info makes you upset - but I am not going to sit on sidelines and not try to keep some 'to the moon' posters more honest ---- when I have worked for years in these isles, hundreds of pop SKU's, sold Monster and Rockstar, and yes this is one area where I am completely fluent and have been bery successful in. I do this for anyone new, thinking this is the next Monster. Well why not just say its the next Coke? lol ...come on guys - you know how many different energy drinks and variations have come and gone over just the three years I sold Monster and Rockstar @ Alaska Distributors before that company was bought by Columbia Distributors? Many.

So far it is amazing for Koma to get inside Walmart - and some of the display pics I am seeing by Stoutman are terrific, if recent within last week or so (displays and endcaps often are changed week to week - but the display racks that he has shown can stay planted or even move around store for a long time ... they are the best for a single-serve new product like Koma).

Good luck this week and go BBDA - sell sell sell -right now- at Walmart. Cause if this product sells through there.....it sets up imo the next 6 months and other major grocery chains jumping aboard!
