I CONCUR! :) NOLs worth PENNIES on the dollar. ASYI NOLS are not as valuable as being suggested. Their DEBT may outweigh the write-down value of the NOLs. Toss in the 5 BILLION shares and you have a money gobbling monster.
NO WONDER NOBODY WANTS ASYI. Plenty of clean shells out there rather than dealing with this dirty JUNK company. IF these NOLs were worth a $28M write-down there would be REAL PROFITABLE companies beating down the door to get to them. Where are the biggest software companies that could use these oh so wonderful NOLs? Is Bill Gates really that stupid? You mean Larry Ellison can't use a $28M? LOL NOLs just another FANTASY
