Didn't they agree to lease him a jaguar when l-1 starts flowing oil?

I didn't see the provision to also grant him 10,000,000 new shares to add to the 30+mil he controls now. He seems to want to shoot this stock in the foot every time it starts to gain some traction.

No doubt he sees things differently, (his big picture).
