For all those shareholders who "forgive" Falk and Putnam for ineptly running edig into the ground, I ran across this old PR dated 1/08/02. Although Fujitsu was responsible??? for the demise of the player, Falk has told shareholders that the " write behind " was patent pending in an official company press release..."E Digital is scheduled to unveil a new automotive stereo product based on the company’s MicroOSTM 2.0 technology. This is a blatant lie to all current and prospective shareholders of the time. There is absolutely no excuse to release this sort of a statement. He is scum and I will attempt to make him answer for his treatment of shareholders...Reading this and a slew of old press releases just makes my blood boil. The crap that he fed shareholders is truly criminal.
