Also says all the convertible debentures get turned into shares and count against shareholders 10%.....that leaves 81 million plus debenture conversions to make shareholders 10%.

I think its closer to 1 for 75 r/s.....100m using 81m Michael Hill doesn't own, plus 19m to be issued for the debentures....100m is 10% of 1 billion post merger turned into 12m....That is a 1 for 85 r/s.....maybe i'm too high on debentures so I gave you a 1 for 75 r/s instead of 1 for 85 which the math says it will be.

BOTTOM LINE ACCORDING TO FILINGS AND CURRENT SHARE INFO 1 FOR 75 REVERSE SPLIT GIVE OR TAKE.
