One thing becomes more and more obvious: Knowing what we know or don't know today, Staar (or Starr?) could not have been so stupid to pour millions into CCME unless he already knew the back door to get his invested money back safely, and with a profit, if things went wrong, while medially appearing like the biggest loser. Staar (or Starr?) is the name of a fellow-holder of dual US citizenship. This alone should have been a huge warning...
