I dont have the time to find the article...or law that was passed...

Does anyone remember some reports that proved...and was legal....for certain BP paying off smaller bio techs to shelf a drug for a year or two till BP patent expired...and smaller bio tech taking the money for the short term and delaying their drug

I know some law was passed making that illlegal now...and it just amazes me in how many games can be played in the bio tech world! FDA is another story and this is one reason why the I am glad we have Garnick.
