Fermac is in a tenuous position in that I am sure he is not free to discuss company business openly. He has stated he is in sales and not management. He used to make regular posts and abruptly quit. I suspect he was "taken to the woodshed". At any rate, if any of them have reviewed this forum they certainly know the discontent from some, the mindless following of a just a few and, uncertainty of the rest. Needless to say I am in the discontented group, the others here can chose which of the groups to be in. I won't assign labels.
