Someone alerted me to the fact that the post contained false information and needed to be challenged with correct information so I responded to correct that erroneous post!

I have a right to respond to any post on the SIRG board.

plus it was a plain DUMB MOVE to utilize an UNAPPROVED FIRM in the first place

SIRG was accepted as a client of MARCUM LLC, one of the top 15 accounting firms in the US and that is called a "dumb" move? In fact SIRG moved up to a top tier accounting firm.

And stating that MARCUM is an unapproved firm is totally false and shows a total lack of knowledge of how FINRA controls OTC firms.

MARCU with offices across the US is totally registered and approved.

FINRA needs to approve SIRG's change of accounting firms! Hope this helps people understand and stop posting false information.
