Its a pretty shrewd move, true, RFMK has the common law trademark on their side, but this move also forces a few things which could easily prove pretty costly and dicey for RFMK and the Cannacig brand, its no where near as easy to enforce common law Trademarks as it is Registered 1s, and I also wouldnt be so sure that THC doesnt have a few more surprises up their sleeve, pretty dumb move on RFMKs part to try and mislead RFMK investors that they were working with THC and their vaporizer last winter, kinda like poking a dragon in the eye.

Well see that's the problem.. THC Scientific has only filed for the trademark, they do NOT own it! RFMK will have no problem contending this. there is VERIFIABLE PROOF that they have used the name Cannacig sense January!

There is another thing to this that I do not believe you realize.. If RFMK can prove that THC Scientific intentionally tried to register the Cannacig trademark knowing that RFMK already used it, they can be held liable for all court costs.. I am sure Tom and Cheryl's high priced lawyers will not come cheap!
