Whats good for Taiyuan City is

good for Longwei.imo Subway construction helps local economy.
After completion its brings more people into the city,faster.safer and more economical then before.All good
factors for the city.Taiyuan grows and prospers,so does Longwei.imo

The Bart in SF is great.I would come in by ship to Oakland.If it wasn't for the Bart,I would have just gone to downtown Oakland when on leave from ship, and so would my money.The Bart brought me/money to SF.I would never take the bus from Oakland to SF.Just a small example that a good subway system brings money in.
