First... whats the purpose of Peregrine attending this conference?

Will Peregrine management/legal counsel have consulted Credit Suisse before this event? I'd say before and after while consulting other sources to get ready for the next Sept event:

Sept 28 - Oct 2 ESMO (European Society for Medical Oncology )... this is the big event overseas that we will still be holding out for MOS ... and my prediction is our non-US partner will be announced this week before ESMO.

Oct 18... Next we have the Annual Shareholders meeting where the good news continues to be delivered ( as well as the good news to Peregrine employees as additional stock options will be approved in my opinion )

The 100,000 question is when will the Partner deal be completed .. announced? I say it would work out for Peregrine employees for it to be announced after shareholder meeting so they get cheaper stock options ( but getting a chance to buy in at $7 or $20 will still be a deal when they can sell over $100+

but I think it gets done sooner than we all think because a partner is a partner... and upfront money is upfront money... and this is going to be as big of a deal for the BP as it is for Peregrine and the sooner it gets done... the better for both sides and best for FDA appearance to get Ph. III talk moving and AA ? September is an important month for all ... good luck!
