c. cancellation of ODAC means nothing and it's unclear if FDA will approve or not



Usually I'm all for neutral interpretations. But in this case since it is the FDA that decides drug approvals, and it is the FDA that cancelled ODAC, then there has to be a motivation.

but that's just my way of thinking...
