sorry, i should have posted a link to the name search versus the direct result of rfmk. RMFK created a business page on trademarkia back in Jan...thc filed for a trademark a few weeks back obviously trying to undermine the cannacig but RFMK has been using the name in commerce and has also been selling the product interstate and it appears now that they are selling out of the country as well. In this case the laws should protect RFMK and stop thc from filling the trademark request due to common law rights.
